The sale of Products through the Site constitutes a distance contract governed by Chapter I, Title III (articles 45 et seq.) of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, no. 206 ("Consumer Code") and Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, no. 70, containing regulations on electronic commerce. All selling prices of the products displayed and indicated on the Site, which constitute an offer to the public under art. 1336 of the Italian Civil Code, are in Euros and inclusive of VAT and any other taxes.
Purchase Conditions
In case of price discrepancies related to your order, these will be promptly communicated to you by phone or email, and you may withdraw from the commitment to purchase, without any penalty.
The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Hamanebeauty.com via an email response sent to the email address you provided. This confirmation message will reiterate all the data you entered. We kindly ask that, in mutual interest, you verify its correctness and promptly inform us of any corrections. The contract between you and the site is considered concluded only after the site sends the contract acceptance email.
By placing an order on the site, you declare that you have read the sales conditions, the proposed payment methods, and the related purchasing procedure. With specific reference to articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/89, provide, via email, all the necessary data for the identification of the seller, data that should be sent together with the email accepting the contract. The order you place will be archived on the server of Hamanebeauty.com (with the provider "Shopify") for the time necessary for its execution and, in any case, within the terms of the law. You can access the order form and/or related data through your personal account accessible on the website www.hamanebeauty.com.
Payments
Purchases made on the site are secure and guaranteed; you can choose how to pay among the methods indicated here.
Payment by Credit Card
By choosing this payment method, your Bank will authorize the purchase by charging only the amount authorized by you. Accepted credit cards are Visa and Mastercard (which others?). If you decide to cancel the order after making the credit card payment, or if we do not accept the contract, we undertake to request cancellation of the transaction and refund the amount committed immediately, at the latest within two working days.
Refund times will depend solely on the banking system.
In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to request additional information or copies of documents proving ownership of the card used: if you do not provide the requested information, we will be forced not to accept the conclusion of the contract. When you make a payment by credit card, the related information is transmitted directly to the bank that manages the transaction. We do not see them, so none of our employees can fraudulently use your credit card information.
Payment via PayPal
By choosing this payment method, you will be redirected to the PayPal page. The order amount will be debited from your PayPal account at the time of order acquisition. In case you cancel the order, or if Hamane Beauty does not accept it, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account. At no point during the purchase process does Hamane Beauty have access to your financial information. No computer archive of Hamanebeauty.com contains or retains such data. For each transaction made with PayPal, you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal.
Shipping Conditions
For orders over €69.00, shipping within Italy is free of charge.
For orders below this amount, shipping costs are added to the total order and automatically calculated at the end of the purchase. The shipping cost within Italy for orders under €69.00 is €5.90 (including major islands). Our main courier is BRT, but we also use UPS, Poste Delivery Express, and Dpd services.
For destinations in remote areas, the Venice Lagoon, and smaller islands, the shipping cost is €20.00, which may be requested as a supplement even after completing the purchase.
Livigno and Campione d'Italia are locations with higher shipping costs due to their duty-free status, with costs of €31.00 and €42.50 respectively.
For these locations, we recommend using a BRT Fermopoint or INPOST ITALIA pickup point nearby to receive your order. This way, shipping costs are €5.90 for orders under €69.00 and free for orders over €69.00.
For Europe, shipping costs vary by country. More information on shipping costs to Europe are listed below:
France, Germany, and Spain: €9.90
Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Denmark: €11.90
Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Ireland, Finland, Sweden: €13.90
Processing, Shipping, and Delivery Times for Products:
Shipping and delivery within Italy for ordered products occurs within 24/48 working hours, unless there is temporary unavailability of the product, which may require extending the delivery period based on restocking times. For Europe, delivery is expected from a minimum of 3 working days up to a maximum of 7/8.
You will receive an email updating you on the progress of your order, and once dispatched, a tracking email for your shipment will be sent to you.
If one or more selected products have low availability and go out of stock, the order will be processed as soon as all products are back in stock and the order is complete. If longer waiting times are expected, or if selected products are temporarily unavailable, you will be sent an email or contacted by our customer service, and you can choose to wait for the product, request a replacement, or cancel the order, receiving a full refund of the amount paid.
Couriers deliver between 09:00 and 18:00 on weekdays. Deliveries are made at street level.
In case of absence or inability to pick up the package, you will receive an SMS or email to reschedule or change the delivery method.
If no instructions are given or if you do not pick up the package, it will be returned to us, resulting in the cancellation of the order. In this case, we will have to charge you the actual shipping costs incurred.
Attention When Receiving Products
Upon receipt of the products, please carefully check, in mutual interest, that the packaging is intact, undamaged, not wet, or otherwise well sealed.
If you notice any damage, you must immediately report it to the courier, refusing the package, and notify us by email, attaching photos (hamanebeauty@gmail.com).
Claims: Any hidden anomalies (e.g., theft or shortages) must be reported in writing via email, attaching photos (hamanebeauty@gmail.com), within seven working days. We cannot consider reports received beyond this deadline.
Please note that every claim must always be submitted with the sender's details (name, surname, address, phone, and email) and photographic evidence of the damaged product.
Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is governed by Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005 art. 52 et seq., which entitles you, if you are a natural person purchasing goods not related to your professional activity, or do not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the order form, to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, returning the purchased goods, intact, NEVER OPENED, and in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment). To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Hamanebeauty SRL, before the withdrawal period expires.
In all cases of exercising the right of withdrawal, Hamanebeauty SRL will send you a confirmation email upon receipt of the withdrawal request.
It is your responsibility to arrange the return shipment of the products subject to return. To minimize damage to the original packaging, we recommend, where possible, placing it in a second box and avoiding attaching labels or adhesive tape directly to the original product packaging.
The sole costs borne by you are those of shipping for the return of the goods.
Return Procedure
As regulated by law, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded, without any penalty for any reason within the period of 14 (fourteen) days, starting from the day of receipt of the purchased goods.
The customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if purchasing with a VAT number.
After expressing the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, the product must be sent within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the goods to Hamanebeauty SRL, Via Nino Bixio 4/b, 20020, Magnago (MI).
The return must be sent intact, in the original packaging.
After verifying the integrity of the product, the full refund will be made excluding shipping costs, which remain the customer's responsibility (as provided by law) through a credit card refund, PayPal account, or bank transfer within 14 days from the acceptance of the return. Shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer in any case.

Jurisdiction and Competent Court
The sales contract is deemed concluded in Italy and governed by Italian Law. For the resolution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance sales contract, if you are a private consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the court of your place of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Milan Court.
